Neustadt 10w30 Brown Ale: 5.5% LCBO# 64642 .473ml can

Awarded a Silver Medal in the Beer World Cup (English style brown ale) 2004,

also a Silver Medal in the 2004 Canadian Awards and a Gold medal at the Mondial in Montreal 2008.

A traditional dark English Mild. The term mild meaning “not bitter” does not refer to strength. Using pure natural spring water, New Zealand hops and imported specialty malts. Giving rich malt and light nut aromas and mellow malt and good hop notes to the palate. A smooth and easy drinkable ale.

Perfectly partnered with beef, steaks, stews, goulash or kebabs.

Neustadt Scottish Pale Ale: 4.5% LCBO# 64634 .473ml can

Voted one of the top ten Scottish ales in the U.S. 2009, also the first Ontario craft beer to be served at Queens Park 2007.

Using pure natural spring water, New Zealand hops and imported specialty

malts. Brewed in the traditional Scottish style, being deep golden in colour, full flavoured, with a hint of roast barley, making it smooth with plenty of body. In Scotland this style of beer would be used as a chaser to a malt whisky. The malts in Scottish ale compliment the malts in a scotch whisky.

Serve it with fish and chips, steak and kidney pie or haggis.

Neustadt Big Dog Beaujolais Porter: 5.5% .473ml can

(seasonal)

Awarded a silver medal in 2009 and 2010, at the U.S. Open in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dark, smooth and rich, enhanced with 3% Pelee Island red wine giving a subtle

fruitiness. Offsetting the deep rich bitterness of the original porter. This beer was

designed to emulate the London porters of old with a slight sourness. Brewed with

pure spring water, New Zealand hops and imported speciality malts.

Compliments anything sweet!

Neustadt Lager: 5.0% LCBO# 76166

Awarded a Gold Medal in the 2004 Canadian Beer Awards, a gold medal in the U.S.

Open in Atlanta, Georgia in 2011, also Silver in the 2000 Canadian Beer Awards.

Brewed in the Belgium country style, which means it is not as harsh on the back of

the throat as a Pilsner beer. It is a little fuller in flavour and colour than average

Canadian beers. Using pure natural spring water, New Zealand hops and Canadian

malts. This combination gives it a clean, fresh mouth feel, smooth and very

creamy.

A perfect partner with chicken, pork, fish or spicy foods.

Texas Tea Honey Stout: 5.8% ......... (Black gold)(seasonal)

The use of all dark speciality malts makes this a very smooth drink. Enhanced with

pure local honey to give a nice, sweeter mouth feel than a normal stout.

“Absolutely no tea in the ingredients.”   Goes well with oysters, mussels and steaks.

456 Marzen Lager (Oktoberfest): 5.8% (seasonal)

A strong malty, traditional lager. Using only the best malts of the Munich area

creating an authentic Oktoberfest beer. Medium body with a good malt profile,

and hopped to balance the malts. Great with any sausage and cold cuts.

Mill Gap Bitter 3.8% (seasonal)

Awarded a Gold medal in the 2011 U.S. Open in Atlanta, Georgia.

A typical English bitter ale. A great session beer. Using all English ingrediants, the

only Canadian ingredient is the water! Pours a rich amber colour, the fruitiness of

the hops shine through.

The Sour Kraut 4% (seasonal)
